			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">United Airlines would have avoided being scoffed all over the internet either if their baggage handlers were a bit careful handling Dave Carroll’s guitar or if their customer support staff was a little bit supportive, at least they wouldn’t have to listen to this song about their poor customer service. This has got to be a lesson for every business that does not do enough to ensure better customer service.</p>

Dave Carroll&#8217;s video for the song &#8220;United Breaks Guitars&#8221; was posted on site earlier this week and has received more than 600,000 hits by Thursday evening.<br />
&#8220;I was thinking I&#8217;d definitely get some action on (YouTube) because the song has been resonating so well with audiences as I&#8217;ve been performing it, but I didn&#8217;t know it would take off like this,&#8221; Carroll said.<br />
